Lift landing accuracy issue

Hi friends,

Have you ever encountered lift landing accuracy issues in only one direction?

Even though you have adjusted the landing cam, yet if the elevator stops above or below the landing level in up direction or down direction, then in such case, what do you do?

Please share your experience to educate others.
