Cost of maintenance operation?

Guys, any tip on reducing the cost of maintenance operation for a small lift maintenance company of 12 workers, maintaining 67 lifts and 9 escalators.

All of them are working in 3 cities with an average travel distance of 20 km (intracity). All of them are skilled labor.
