I have already spent more than 20 years in VT Industry starting from the scratch. However, all these years, I have been moving forward based on my personal efforts and circumstances. There was no clear prospect available to decide and excel accordingly. This might be the organisation I was working at, however there should be an ideal way out.
I wonder, what can be an appropriate career path for lifts engineer within the initial 5 years of staring career in VT Industry?
Any positive suggestions may help our young professionals to get on track.
