I am Rajnikant lad, First class Electrical engineering graduate passed out in 1983.
Since 1st January 1984, I am in elevator industry.
Have good exposure to installation, maintenance, modernisation, marketing.
Have worked with all types of elevators including AC Single speed, AC Two speed, DC variable speed, AC variable speed,VVVF drive, Gearless. Hydraulic, Car lifts, Industrial lifts.Stack parkings
Different environment conditions like ….
Hydro power projects, Thermal power projects Nuclear power project, Flame proof elevators, Cement plants, Chemical plants, Fertiliser plants. Commercial complex, Residential complex, Bungalows.
Have worked in almost all major cities of India.
Having two decades of working in the field, I have shifted my activities to Elevator Safety Audit and Third Party Inspection.
I am creating awareness among users through my podcast, articles in magazines, news papers, seminars, webinars etc.
In addition I am an active member National Safety Council and Society for Reliability & Safety. Which gives me a good platform for creating safety awareness .
My aim is to achieve “Zero Death in Elevator Accidents”.
I am sincerely working for it, the results are encouraging.
